I've rented from Rental Homes USA for the last 4 years. I've lived in two of their homes. I've never had any problems with them fixing and taking care of any problems that have popped up. Extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond. Chuck Warren and Christina Alberry have always been very professional and helpful when ever I've had any questions. I rented a 5 bedroom/2 bath home from Rental Homes USA for 2 years. During the entire lease term, I had no issue getting anything repaired that surfaced. Ryan and Ken were fantastic. My only complaint is towards end of lease, their office manager or accountant (not sure of title) screwed up and never sent lease renewal. When it came time for us to purchase our new home, they wanted to hold us accountable for a lease term that did not exist. Lease expired 12/2023 but they kept saying our lease would expire in June 2024. They ended up using the one months of rent we paid during move in to satisfy the month of May 2024 rent.
