I do not recommend Rent With Integrity. My roommate and I paid rent on time every month without issue. Maintenance requests were submitted with proper notice and took anywhere from two weeks to several months to complete. Your experience may vary depending on the actual property you rent from. Upon move in, the property was not in move-in ready condition due to overall neglect of the common areas and exterior, including mildew/water damage. I was told the front door would not be repainted despite the extensive peeling as it was deemed cosmetic. The back door frame needed to be replaced and took several months and maintenance requests to complete. Their website is extremely user-friendly, and scheduling a self-guided tour was quick and seamless, which made the entire process stress-free from the start. The leasing team is attentive, responsive, and truly cares about making sure you understand every step of the process. Special shoutout to Christa, who went above and beyond answering all of my questions in a timely manner and helping me fully understand the leasing process. Her professionalism and helpfulness made a huge difference. I feel extremely confident leasing with this company as my landlord and would 10/10 recommend Rent with Integrity to anyone looking for a smooth and transparent rental experience!

Danielle has been an outstanding property manager. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about us as tenants. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and thoroughly. She has been our point of contact for a couple of years with RWI and it’s rare to find a property manager who is so reliable and easy to work with. We used RWI as our property manager after we moved out of our home and to another state. From the beginning, I felt like they were looking out for us and our property as well as balancing the best interests of our tenants, which seems like a tricky line to walk but they did it with ease! We worked with them as our property manager (specifically Danielle!) for about 2.5 years before utilizing them to help us sell our home. The transition process was smooth and easy and they handled everything for us on both sides (prop management and selling). Their rates are super fair and it was so nice not having to worry about coordinating contractors and service repairs ourselves from an entirely different state. 4 stars because, on a few occasions I would call the office and there was no answer. However my property manager, Danielle gets 5 starts, very professional 👏🏻, responds pretty quickly, although its better to text her rather to call. She takes care of my property, every time someone moves out she does an inspection, when new ppl move in or there is a new application she checks in with me before going forward. I do feel like she does her job really good. Thank you, Danielle. 💜❤️
