The only positive thing I can say about this company is that they respond and if it something serious like mold or mice they send somebody. But I have been renting one of their properties for a little over a year and first of all, they allowed the landlord to keep the house in terrible conditions. As the months went by, a lot of things started to come up, things that clearly indicated lack of attention and maintenance. They want you to pay $80 every time they send a technician to fix issues that the we didn’t cause. Terminated my lease without my knowledge after 2 years, claim to have sent out a mail with my Termination letter and then I end up calling them to find out where my new contract is and conveniently get my mail box flooded with requests to view the apartment. Adding yet another review and warning to anyone who decides to rent with this agency or use this agency for property management. DO NOT DO IT. I’ve just been charged ANOTHER additional $50 in rent (yes, during a pandemic) because I let them know my ceiling was leaking. Although my lease says roof and plumbing repairs are the responsibility of the landlord, they charged me because someone came to see if there was a leak. At the time I notified them of the leak it was raining. When maintenance came in, they saw no leak. Never followed up or did anything else. I was charged $80 and then it was dropped to $50. Not to mention the property managers will lie to you over the phone so always email every conversation! AC UNITS ARE OLD AND YES YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY IF AC GOES OUT AND MAINTENANCE IS CALLED!
