Overall it was a seamless experience, they offered a respectable bid while retaining enough proverbial meat on the bone to ensure that they could make their own profit. I would use them again. Close was fast and without issue. They were professional and even worked with my out of state realtor to ensure the Reno sale/closing was in alignment with my new home purchase out of state as we used the funds for a down payment.

Mailing fake checks with insulting low-ball offers to Reno residents is deceptive and unprofessional. This practice shows zero respect for the local community. I will be advising customers, colleagues, and friends to avoid this company. Truly horrible business practices.
