Eddison, came to my apartment today to fix my commode. He was extremely professional, took care of the problem in a timely manner. He was polite and well mannered. He respected my apt which I greatly appreciated. Thank Eddison for a job well done.

The complex is nice but the mice infestation is ridiculous my daughter had called the office for over 8 months with these issues and nothing fixes it. Exterminator can come out every week and it still doesn’t fix the problem The exterminator made the comment that some peoples units they need to clean up her unit wasn’t one of them very clean but an ongoing infestation. It’s disgusting it’s sick and if you have kids, it shouldn’t be a place that you wanna live. your best bet is to call a state to have them come out because they’re not gonna move units. They’re not gonna do anything. They’re gonna keep sending pest control acting like that’s gonna fix the problem when it doesn’t and let them keep getting fined. My daughter is moving out next week thank God because this is absolutely disgusti

If you’re a tenant who is experiencing pests, lack of heat, and constant water shut off, please put your rent in escrow with the courts and/or seek to terminate your lease. If you need legal assistance or advice, please contact the Pro Bono Resource Center or the Maryland Self Help Center. Renew White Marsh and their property management company will not improve its living conditions until the community stands up to the negligence. Also, I recommend calling the health department and housing authority to let them know about the ongoing pest issue and poor living conditions. This place has done harm to many but they get away with it when you stay silent and continue to pay rent.
