ReNew Wheaton Center

Great place to live. Really enjoying my time here. I want to give this place a 4.9 stars with the chance to become a 5 star if they would please fix/replace the 4th treadmill. It has been down for over 6 months now. It stinks having to wait for the others to be free all the time.

Overall, this is one of the best apartment complexes I've lived in. The community is engaging and the facilities are clean. There is very little to complain about that isn't specific to the residents that live here. Maintenance is fast and reliable, heating and cooler is solid, the amenities are very nice, and the staff is extremely helpful.

Im glad new management got rid of the big dumpster we all had to pay extra for a garbage dump, and look tacky outside! Building is all much cleaner ! The last management did a terrible job of what record keeping and keeping 'pick? It's upward everything being broken! I've lived eight years in the prior owners were to worst. Had my car towed twice because they're incompetence.To give me new stickers!! Looking forward to the new owners.So far great job!!!!

Been here a year and we love it! Maintenance and staff and great. Respond quickly to anything we need. Keeps up with everything on site and enjoy getting to meet our neighbors. Lots of dogs on site but most are very friendly and the property is kept well.

I think maintenance does a good job! Normal response time is by the next day or before. Stan and I think its Lucas (sorry if I have the name wrong) are efficient, personable, and I love that they like Andy and Andy really like them. I apologize for them having to come back about the fireplace and was told " thats what we are here for". They seem to like what they do. Thank you !
