I has a house fire and this is a preferred vendor that works the insurance. The apartment is managed okay, friendly, upstairs had a leak and I was left with a yellow ceiling because I was moving soon anyway, they would fix it when I move. I left in November. This is owned by lhhholding company, they have promised to send back the security deposit via email, even said they sent it, however it is now 1/24 and they have NOT sent it and do not respond to my emails or emails from the insurance company. Stay here for a short time, but please do not expect your deposit back, they take full advantage or your disaster

Nice-looking property and all, but this has gone down as the only lease I've ever cut short. This is after renting from five other professionally-managed communities, four of which are labeled as luxury. The good? Aside from the external visual appeal, the unit I rented had a wood-burning fireplace, good views, and maintenance was *mostly* attentive. The bad? The unit was a very small 547 square feet, the "recently renovated" kitchen had rather shoddy construction and was drafty inside the lower cabinets, closet space was severely lacking, and the property location is not convenient for highway access. The ugly? My heat stopped working twice, once in December for no discernible reason, and once in February after that freakishly cold night. The second time, it took three days to get heat

The 2 stars are for the maintenance staff. They respond in a timely manner. Other than that there’s not much more good to say. We paid about $2200/month with utilities for a tiny unit. I don’t think it was even 600 square feet. Very drafty and dated. We lost heat 3 times in one winter, once for more than a day. Water was shut off several times with little to no warning. Appliances were from the 80’s it seemed. No accountability for people not picking up after their dogs or people smoking weed all over. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing. They just email everyone instead of fixing the problems. There’s good reason for the mass exodus from this place. As we were leaving our neighbors said they weren’t renewing their lease either. JUST WANT TO SAY THANKS TO THE MAINTENANCE MEN JUAN AND PAUL FOR ORDERING ME MY NEW DISHWASHER AFTER THE OLD WONT STOPPED WORKING JUAN WAS SO CLEAN HE CLEANED EVERYTHING UP LIKE NEW AFTER PUTTING NEW ONE IN PAUL WAS FAST TO ORDER NEW ONE AND JESSICA IN THE OFFICE TOOK THE CALL SHE WAS VERY NICE AND ALWAYS RESPECTFUL THANK YOU ALL.

Fantastic complex. Everything looks new. Maintenance does an incredible job. Some of the tenants go over the top making their apartments feel like home. Any issues are resolved right away, in this hot summer pool is immaculate. Paul, Steve, and Juan do an absolutely incredible job. Renew is fantastic to have them.
