ReNew West Durham Apartments

Had an amazing experience with the staff at this property. Moving from out of state to NC. The leasing team was able to show me multiple floor plans in multiple buildings so I was able to choose witch one works best for me. So polite and knowledgeable about the surrounding area with what is fun to do and good place to eat. Parking is little tight but thats to be expected with a smaller property. Also very quiet and comfortable place tucked away from the city but 5min drive to down town. GREAT PLACE 👍 👍

There are 10 visitor spots in between building A-L with 16 apartments in every building. Over 10 Vehicles were towed from the complex because of the “parking policy” that has not been enforced the entire year we’ve been here. Now you have to fight for a spot with an entire complex in order for your family and friends to park before 8 pm. I get off work at 5pm and there are no spots available. They then plan on removing the visitor spots and making tenants come and get parking passes from the office daily. Their office is not always open since they only have one person working at a time as well as they are attempting to limit the amount of guests in the complex. The parking lot is never completely full there are always spots available outside of visitors for tenants so the new policy is

Judy the property management team are the best! They are always super attentive to their tenants needs and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend making this your home.

If I Could Do 0 I Would! Office Staff needs to do better, Communication Is Terrible, Multiple Buildings infested with roaches. Property Manager Is Never there because she’s “always at another property. They never want to give you anything in writing, always over the phone because they are liars. They give so many excuses and never do or fix anything! THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORSE PLACE TO TRY TO LIVE. They Will Try To Get Over On You And Make You Feel Like They’re Doing You A Favor! There Are Better Places To Rent At! I WOULD LOVE A CALL FROM CORPORATE AS WELL SINCE I CANT SPEAK WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER.

Lived here only two and a half months, theres paint splatters everywhere, the window was already broken, my bathroom ceiling leaked dirty water, my bathtub is detaching from the wall, the tub faucet was/is dirty rusty and moldy, now just last night my ceiling light completely fell out of the ceiling. This coupled with me only getting my mail key 2 months after I moved and the poor service during that endeavor lead me to STRONGLY recommend living elsewhere. Maintenance guy in all of these instances just looks at the problem goes yeah thats bad and calls someone else or gives up. I received a discount on the rent after posting a review elsewhere, but this one is a much needed update. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
