The complete and utter deterioration of this apartment complex began the moment the new management seized control. What was once a tolerable living space has devolved into an absolute disgrace. Maintenance requests are not merely delayed; they are demonstrably ignored for months on end, leaving residents to suffer in unacceptable and often unsanitary conditions. The property itself is a perpetual eyesore, plagued by rampant filth and neglect. Trash frequently overflows from bins and litters common areas, making the environment not just unappealing, but frankly disgusting. It's a blatant display of incompetence and a profound disregard for the well-being and basic living standards of its tenants

Detailed Review of My Experience Living Here I want to be completely honest for anyone thinking about moving into this building. The biggest problem here is the fire alarm system. It goes off randomly and way too often. I’m talking about alarms going off in the middle of the night, early morning, afternoons—there’s no pattern. Some days it happens multiple times. I have videos showing how frequent it is. At first, everyone in the building would come outside because we thought it was a real emergency. But over time, people stopped reacting because it keeps happening with no explanation. That’s really dangerous. The new management has been great! McKenna & Nicole were so quick to answer my questions. Such a better experience from the last time, looked at Town Center a year ago! This place is going in the right direction the remodel looks wonderful.

The touring and application process has been quick and easy, and Kusuman has been attentive and helpful throughout. Everyone I’ve interacted with so far has been very friendly and welcoming!
