Wow! Just wow. Renew Tallahassee has really took a turn for the better. I toured here and did not tour any other place after because I had found my new home. Aryannah and Daijah gave me so the information I would need to finish my application and sign my lease. They are very positive and funny. Ask for them when you would like to tour for a great positive experience!

She made my entire visit from the moment I walked in to the moment I finished touring the apartment smooth, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. Aryannah gave me an amazing tour of the apartment, pointing out all the details I would’ve missed on my own and answering every question with patience and confidence. I had such a great experience with Daijah and Ari from ReNew Apartments! At my school TSC They are wonderful young ladies — very fun, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything easy to understand and were always patient when answering my questions. Their positive energy and professionalism truly represent the company well. You can tell they genuinely care about helping residents and creating a welcoming environment. Thank you both for making the experience such a pleasant one!

I toured the property and, although I didn’t end up leasing I wanted to leave a review because the leasing manager, Daijah, was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions, was very knowledgeable about the community, and never made me feel pressured. It was such a positive experience. If I wasn’t needing a different location because of work, I would definitely be moving forward here because of her.

As a resident at Renew Tallahassee, I can honestly say Gucciany has been one of the best staff members I’ve interacted with. He’s always professional, attentive, and willing to help whenever I have questions or need assistance. He makes residents feel heard and valued, which really makes a difference in apartment living. It’s clear he cares about doing his job well and creating a positive environment for residents. I truly appreciate his support and highly recommend him to anyone living here or considering moving in.
