If you’re considering moving into Renew, PLEASE read this first. I’ve lived here for 10 months, and this has been the worst leasing experience I’ve ever had. I will be adding pictures and screenshots from the videos I’ve taken because every issue below is fully documented. Safety & Cleanliness Are Terrible Teenagers constantly loiter, smoke, leave trash, and have harassed me near my unit. I’ve found open condoms, drug paraphernalia, and strong urine/marijuana smells in the hallway. Even with multiple reports and video evidence, management did nothing. They removed security completely and told me to rely on police, who usually take about an hour to show up. Pest Problems Mishandled Maintenance told me directly that he found mice in my unit. He placed traps and came back later to check

I am extremely disappointed with my experience living here. Every single night, my apartment fills with the smell of weed coming from the unit downstairs. The smoke travels through the vents directly into my bedroom, and it makes the space feel unsafe and unlivable—especially because my children stay with me part-time. No one should have to breathe that in inside their own home. On top of that, there have been ongoing issues with bed bugs in the building. We were affected, and the problem continues. I’ve had to throw away multiple pieces of new furniture because of it. Management’s “solution” was for us to wash everything, yet the laundry room washer has been broken since I moved in back in April. To make matters worse, a refrigerator is blocking the entrance to the laundry room entirely.

Bianca and her team plowed our parking lot after the snow storm. This was a big deal because many places didn’t! This was a great act to show residence we are appreciated!

We just move in here last month. Our experienced has been the worst, the shower was missing his spout, so we couldn’t shower. The AC isn’t working at all. My sister has a 6 months old baby, that baby has to wears a jacket inside the house and be wrapped around in two blankets just to keep him warm because we’re literally freezing. He can’t be warm in the place his mother is paying lots of money just because they can’t fix the AC. If that baby gets any sick due to that unlivable place without an AC unit working properly, I blame it on the owner and the management. What a shame, I am rewriting this review for the people who wants to move to this place. They keep on doing it, this is the bathroom where am I supposed to shower everyday, I have no privacity, no safety, there’s people living in

This apartment complex has been nothing short of a nightmare. The property is infested with roaches, bed bugs, and mice. Communication from the front office is almost nonexistent—whether about parking, maintenance, or even basic living needs. For example, I parked in a visitor spot that was clearly labeled, only to get towed because “visitor stickers” are required (something we were never provided or told about). The laundry room in our building has been broken the entire year we’ve lived here. We only recently found out—through our own effort—that we could use other buildings’ laundry rooms. After finally being given a key, we discovered we also needed a special card that we were never provided. Similarly, we had to purchase our own mail keys out-of-pocket because the office never gave
