I do not recommend this company — here's why: I found Renew Services through Angi’s List. They were aware from the start that my home was built in 1937, yet only after services were rendered did they claim they “do not specialize in lead paint.” Mike arrived at my home seven days ago. He spent less than 10 minutes inside before concluding that my walls were full of mold and that my asthmatic child should not return to the house until all walls were ripped out and replaced — due to a crackling appearance on nearly every wall. Now, the representative is texting me saying that he never said that. The day after Mike’s visit, I started receiving text message demands for payment.
