Wow! Okay, so top tier effort from Sandi and Laura because they had worked with me and my partner to get our apartment. Once we finally got the keys, they have been so kind to us and making sure we’re okay! I highly recommend because they truly do care about the resident and provide the tools necessary for success!

Leasing manager Laura Rocha Martinez is amazing!! She has made our move in process so smooth and has been very pleasant to work with! The unit is so amazing and we love it here. Friendly staff and amazing space in our unit. She’s always available for any questions we may have. I definitely recommend staying here and working with Laura. Thank you Laura for everything and welcoming us into our new home!!

I am considering renting an apartment in this area so I stopped by to get information. I was so impressed with the professional, customer friendly experience I received from the property manager Laura. She was informative, persuasive and sweet. Just like Taylor Taylors review. This apartment complex is NOT worth living in unless you want cigarette smoke and weed smoke coming from your vents and maintenance telling you to BLEACH MOLD on your floor. I have told the property manager several times over text that there is weed smoke coming from the vents and the end result of that conversation was her saying "nothing I can do about it" even though she clearly knows it's illegal and breaking lease. I'm pregnant and have a child these conditions are VERY irresponsible as a owner. If you're the owner reading this don't say "we are very concerned" you're not. If you were you would've dealt with it when I brought it to you. The water is always getting shut off for no reason and plumbing sucks. The other good reviews on here are fake. I've

This is my second year living at ReNew Scotsdale and for the most part my stay had been comfortable. But I have to say this last year was not well at all..!! The water getting shut off every other week was just frustrating and completely inconvenient..!! And as of right now I HAVE NOT had air conditioning for almost a week and a half and not sure how much longer it will be until I do have some. Which my air was working fine until the maintenance came in to service my ac and now it's been broke every since. And the only thing they gave me was a small cooler which is like nothing I can fan myself harder than than thing. So they put and old motor in it which you can clearly tell wasn't going to work and do now they are suppose to order a new motor who knows when that will be. All I can sa
