Despite multiple attempts at communication regarding the unsafe conditions in our parking lot following a huge snowstorm, property management never addressed the issue. Management even sent out many emails “thanking residents for their patience as they worked on the lots” which was a blatant lie because no one ever worked on the parking lots. Risked falls, sustained car damage, and forced to walk half a mile from a nearby shopping center at 12:30am after work because there was no available parking. Management was informed and did nothing. Very disappointed.

I just want to say that Ms Talisen Brinkley is very efficient and professional which makes a big difference. She treats and speaks to people very kindly and with respect and as a leasing manager that is very important thank you for employing her she does an excellent job.

Just want to acknowledge Talisen for being knowledgeable and pleasant whenever I visit the office. She is always willing to help in any way possible to get whatever the issue may be, accomplished. The office staff are kind as well. Donna is a sweet spirit and is always greeting you with a smile.

Greg from maintenance came out today to fix my frig. He was very friendly and explained why I was having problems with it. He also fixed my fan in the bathroom that was a easy fix. I have asked other maintenance about the frig. and fan and they couldn't even a take a second to look at it, told me I had to do another work order. Thank you for helping me today your an excellent worker.

Candis was an excellent leaser. Very friendly explanation to everything that they had to offer was helpful when it came to prices what’s included and how everything operates. When giving the tour around the location very thorough when it came showing off the clubhouse and apartments. Overall amazing women and very thorough in explanations.
