I came here to do a tour and was impressed with the amenities. Reese was very kind and professional and gave me a good sense that the community here is welcoming. Though I am still looking for the next place to call home, I’d have peace of moving to this community from first impressions alone.

Where do I even start! Mr. Larry is the absolute best! ReNew Mt. Vernon is truly lucky to have an employee like him. He makes living in this building worthwhile. Honestly, he deserves not only “Employee of the Month” here at ReNew Mt. Vernon but “Employee of the Year” for the entire East Coast! My appreciation for him goes far beyond his work ethic. His personality is one of a kind — uplifting, encouraging, and full of light. He’s the type of person everyone needs in their life, and I genuinely believe he’s one of God’s favorites. There was a time I was going through a very dark period, and somehow, he could sense it even behind my smile. Mr. Larry is by for the best maintenance worker I've ever seen. He is due diligent in his work. He's very passionate about completing his assignments. He's punctual friendly to all he. Encounters, he never strays from assignments. That may be too challenging. And he takes his time to make sure his work is satisfactory. Thank you for all the work that you do We appreciate you

Mr. Larry adds greatly to my experience at Renew Mt. Vernon. He is pleasant and knowledgeable about things happening both in the building and in the community. He has a welcoming spirit and is always eager to assist. Also my dog enjoys his presence; as he carries dog treats for the other fur babies in the communities. Of the time I’ve been here, he has been a pleasure to be around.

I really enjoy living at ReNew Mt. Vernon. The staff is very nice and accommodating, especially the maintenance crew. Mr. Larry is such a nice guy and he always goes out of his way to help me out. My dog really likes him because he always gives him treats. Mr Larry has been working here for over 17 years and he knows it end it out of the entire building.
