I have lived in this building for almost eight years, and over that time I’ve seen management and staff change several times. I can confidently say that the building is now better than it has ever been. Since the new management took over, there has been a clear and noticeable improvement in how residents are treated, and it truly feels like a community again. Sara is incredibly hands-on and genuinely cares about listening to and addressing tenant concerns. Maurice is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and Tarah is consistently wonderful to work with. The building simply would not function without the outstanding maintenance team—Perry, Darryl, and George—who are dependable, responsive, and take real pride in their work. My wife and I have been tenants for over 12 years, and have experienced the decline in all aspects of the building including the lack of management. The good news is that since the new ownership and the new management have taken over there have been numerous changes that have taken place. The manager Sara and her team are great. The front desk staff including Jasmine and Liz are highly skilled and professional. I can only say that the building is better than it’s ever been. The good news is that the Best is yet to come. Sara and her entire team are caring and professional. The team consists of Maurice the assistant manager and Darryl who is in charge of maintenance. It is now better here than ever

My experience at ReNew has been truly exceptional. The front desk staff is always friendly and reliable. Liz helped me move in during the frosty winter, and made the experience seamless and less stressful. Sara and Tarah were both wonderful in helping me move in during the holidays, and made the process a lot of easier. Darryl and the team are very dependable and responsive. Not only have they helped with any maintenance issues but they have answered all my questions and promptly responded to my inquiries. Thank you to the ReNew team!

As a long-time resident of the building, I wanted to reach out and share my appreciation for the positive direction the community has taken since ReNew Logan Square assumed management. Having seen several transitions over the years, I noticed a significant decline in standards following the sale from Forest City to Brookfield Properties. However, in the short time since the recent transfer to ReNew Logan Square, there have been truly remarkable improvements. The building is coming back to life, and that essential sense of community is finally returning. I specifically want to commend the management team—Sara, Maurice, and Amy—as well as Darryl, Perry, and George from the maintenance team. They have been consistently efficient, effective, and approachable, restoring the high level of care

I have lived here for 7 years and have had very few issues. We have new management that cares and communicates better than former owners. Our maintenance team is great. Darryl and Perry are always very responsive to my requests. Since new management took over, our front desk is functioning much better. Jasmine and Jordan are always very helpful. I am hopeful that things will continue to get better.
