Should be 0 stars. Finally moved out in October. There is trash everywhere- full gallon trash bags, pieces of half-eaten food, bags of fast food, dog shit. Be carerful walking your dog because they can choke on the bare chicken bones thrown into the grass. There were roaches even before all of that. The office kept sending out "warnings," but the problem only got notably much worse. Management prioritizes their own feelings and preferences over accommodating disabled residents! They will scam you and charge you for things that another staff member told you were supposed to be free. This place is disgusting. Move out, or don't move in if you can help it. <3

I’ve been living here for a 6 months now and love it here. The leasing office staff was always extremely helpful and friendly, specifically Mariana. Even after I moved in she remembered my name and would say hi! I live in one of the smaller buildings so I have no idea what the two big ones are like, but I’ve never had issues with neighbors or cleanliness. The location is also great, close to lots of fun places to eat as well as multiple grocery stores within walking distance. I look forward to living here for a long time!

New company seems to be trying to fix things . Still moving at the end of my lease though . Very unsafe . 2 people were taken out in one month by police My kitchen smells like a car garage with wet wood ever since the leak in August . Nothing had been done about unpleasant smell

Maintenance for this complex is slow, if you’re lucky enough to be allowed maintenance on your unit. We moved in just a few weeks ago and the blinds weren’t installed correctly, so in just trying to open them we broke all of them. The heat in our apartment has been out since Saturday and we’ve gotten no updates on the timeline of this fix. Today our garbage disposal went out and it’s disheartening to know that we’ll likely be without one for the duration of our lease. We really wanted to like this complex, but it is so disheartening that property management doesn’t value their tenants. Update: there has been a change in management. I lived with my family for two yr in those within the first month I started seeing roaches and rats the first night.Could not keep door open due to homeless drugs people overdosing outside near my apartment. A homeless guy broke into apartment near my home and I said something about him being there, and he told me that the maintenance man told him it was okay to stay in the empty apartment. There was homeless staying in a empty apartment behind me for 3mos I didn't know till they got into a domestic dispute. With them outside throwing huge rocks almost hitting my porch near my kids.
