ReNew Howard Crossing

So far I LOVE THIS PLACE! Candis took me on a tour here at one of the THREE apartment spaces that looked so beautiful. She was amazing! Hilarious, relatable, very down to earth woman with an uplifting attitude. she was incredibly polite and made me feel comfortable the entire time! I left this tour smiling all the way home! The overall space is great. There’s a big playground for kids, lots of parking spots, so many things nearby, and it has been beautifully renovated! All around definitely looking forward to moving in! As far as the community of people everyone seemed very welcoming and for such a big complex i was surprised to see how many people knew each other by first names! here are some pictures i took of the apartment i looked at.

Living here is ok and it works for the time being. However, today the landscapers ruined one of the only things I liked about my unit, the nature. I don’t think all of the birds, animals, etc. are coming back after this one which genuinely makes me really sad. It looks like a tornado tore through here. Not to mention, the muddy mess I’ll get to look at ALL winter. So thanks for making my living experience way less enjoyable.

I want to begin by saying thank you to Sonja! She was my leasing consultant throughout the leasing process. She truly was amazing and had really moved to help me get everything needed for me to get my first apartment! I would also like to thank Lacey for her tremendous help in assisting me on some final tasks before receiving my keys. She went above and beyond to help smoothly complete these final tasks and was very positive. As a first time apartment renter, I am so glad I was able to work with these wonderful consultants. They were very professional, understanding, and so helpful. They walked me through all that I needed so that I could get the keys to my apartment. I am so excited to begin this new chapter, and I'm grateful I had a wonderful consultants who helped make this possible!

Candis, Allie, and Kenya provided such a positive experience touring and applying for an apartment. Their patience and willingness to assist me through the entire process made everything so much easier. I worked directly with Kenya who gave me a wonderful tour. The apartment that I toured was beautifully kept. Kenya’s skill and experience along with Candis and Allie really set Howard Crossing apart from other properties. It’s one thing to simply place someone in a unit, but to go above and beyond to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed is what makes management here very rare. Candis and Kenya worked so well together to create a timeline that worked for me. Sonya is by far the best leasing agent that I’ve had the pleasure of working with! Her personality, humbleness, and caring nature sealed the deal. She made my leasing experience stress free and smooth, she went above and beyond to move me in a week early due to an emergency on my end. This is her calling, she’s an amazing people person that can read the room and she knows her job in and out based on the answers given to my many questions.
