Jesus is so great to deal with. He makes me paying my rent so easy and is I have any problem I come to the office and he fixed all my problems or issues. lol I love living here. Apt 901

No HOT WATER FOR 3 days now. The person who came out to fix it still couldn’t fix it again. Then every time I come home it’s cars everywhere no parking available in the lot due to people got tons of family with so many cars . So disappointed in my property management. Had to get a room just so I could get a hot shower. SO DISAPPOINTED..

If I could leave zero stars I would. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!!!! Unless you love listening to blaring music from your neighbors that shakes the walls and profanity, plus the smell of marijuana daily into your apartment! And what does the property do? Oh that’s right, it’s too bad so sad and you’re stuck with these living conditions.

Master bedroom does not have ceiling fan or lights, neither does the living room. No microwave ,No washer or dryer yet charge 2.50 per load at the laundromat.All windows have a dark screen over it so no natural light. Very dark inside.Apartment was dirty. Maintenance lied about completing an work order even with me being in the home.This place has like 10 layers of paint on everything.They gave us an older unit that with old appliances. I do not recommend this place unless you desperately need a place.

The management at Renew Heights is the best I’ve ever experienced! The minute I need anything done at all, they respond and are here within 24 hours. They just put in a new hot water heater for me not even 12 hours after I contacted them! The maintenance workers are great and very professional. The people that work at this property are the best I’ve ever seen and I so appreciate them all!!
