ReNew East Granby

Renew of East Granby is new to my apartment complex, Turkey Hills Apartments. (Since the end of September 2025) Alexandra is the Apartment Manager in charge of the complex. She is right here if there is a problem, she gets right on it and follows it through to its completion. Thank you for that, Alexandra. She's very open to any suggestions one might have for future renovations that are going to be happening. From the laundry room to delivery problems with the driver's, to fixing a drafty door at the entrance to the building. I am confident that she will continue to show she cares about us, as tenants, here at Turkey Hills Apartments. She's doing an exceptional job! Keep up the Great Work, Alexandra! --Karen S.

I've been living here for almost a year. Since ReNew took over, there have been upgrades to the property that will make this place really nice. Alexandra in the leasing office is kind and responsive and hosts some nice community gatherings. Pete in maintenance has been with the property since before ReNew and knows the place (and people) very well. I just signed for another year and a giant part of that is because of how management responds to concerns, maintenance requests, and the planned upgrades to the complex. When reading bad reviews, understand that they are usually because someone is upset about something in the lease they didn't read or because they aren't getting their full deposit back because they didn't leave the unit in acceptable condition. You have known for months that the sidewalk repair that was done last fall outside of building 10 created an unsafe situation with the ground not being filled in next to the concrete and leaving a severe tripping, ankle sprain/break hazard, yet it still isn't fixed. Residents complained to you, but besides that it's completely obvious to anyone walking on the sidewalk. It's not like this is something that most people don't notice or experience; it's evidence to anyone that walks over it everyday. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen, and I don't understand how your company wouldn't be concerned about that if the resident and dog safety aspect to the situation isn't reason enough for concern. I understand that you have a lot to do and I just think that you need to prioritize the quality of a
