The environment of the complex was Nice and Quiet but the management team is terrible. They dont communicate or follow up on emails. Worst part is that my car was towed from outside the parkin lot where i was told it was safe to park at. After being 2 hrs late for work and paying $250 i was told it was my fault. For 6 months after that i watched people park in the exact same spot and not get towed. Took pictures and went and talk to them personally nothin was done. Thats why i left. They dont care about they their residents. Now let me go pay my last fees for they bullshit.

If I could give this property 0 stars I would they are constantly changing the staff and no one informs you of the constant changes and regulations that they have especially with the parking . I literally paid two tow trucks in one month because of the parking regulations. Each month we are being charged for pest control and they have not once been at my property to provide this service in the two years I have been there . The hallways are dirty , smelly and the laundry room is constantly full of urine and poop.The washers and dryers are constantly broken. This place has no security since the door codes are accessible to individuals that don’t even live there . Very bad experience for long-term living. Management seems fine while you live there, but problems begin after move-out. They kept my security deposit and added unexpected charges without clear explanation. The process was stressful and frustrating. I do not recommend this apartment for long-term renters. Consider finding a different place to avoid unnecessary drama and protect yourself from unfair fees.

Manager here is super nice. Open to help if you reach out. A nice place, really. There’s food and shops nearby. Top tier living place. Just keep in mind they are working on the apartments and some are old, but they’re doing their best to satisfy everyone. (´▽`ʃƪ)♡

ROACHES ROCHAES ROACHES, do NOTTTTTT move here this place is soo nasty. The roaches are everywhere ! There are people who aren’t on the lease moving in at night and the property manager Lolita allows it. There is no security in the building the entry door is broken so it doesn’t lock. There is trash everywhere in the hallways and it stinks. My toilets haven’t been working on and off due to the pour plumbing . Overall avoid this place it’s disgusting
