I like it here so far. Lots of dogs, it's all good as long as the owners pick up the dog poody-poo. Not enough parking in front of L8. That's why I acquired my own parking space. The complex does have private parking if you want your own personal spot. I wish the pool had a deep end, but I do like to swim and enjoy having a nice pool. I also like the workout/weight room and the treadmills. As Arnold would say, "I'll be back". I can also walk the Riverside Bike Path, abandoned road, behind the Church Creek school right from my door. The neighborhood is very nice and mostly everyone is friendly.

I would like to leave a great review for the maintenance team, specifically Devin and Mr. George. From the moment they arrived, they were courteous, professional, and—most importantly—very respectful of my no shoe policy (my floors thank them greatly). They took their time addressing every maintenance issue in my home and made sure everything was completely fixed and working properly before they left—no “we’ll come back later” energy here. They were thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly take pride in their work. Honestly, it was refreshing to see a maintenance visit where I didn’t have to double-check anything afterward. Their professionalism, respect, and sense of responsibility made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate them both so very much and hope they get

I’m writing this review because calling the leasing office is pointless they do not answer the phone. Highly advising anyone if you move here do not lease anything besides a top level apartment . I have been dealing with neighbors that constantly make noise above me . And not just your ordinary noise, I’ve been listening to Someone run back and forth above my head since 9 am . It is currently 3:45 pm . You do the math. The floors and walls are very thin . It is ridiculous at this point . These are the same neighbors that I’ve already called the police on but of course they won’t do anything unless something turns violent . I am beyond sick and tired of having to hear banging everyday above my head. Being woken up at 5:30 am to stomping. Just wonderful when you are paying $1600 plus for

One of the few things you can always count on here is the maintenance team. In the almost 4 years we've lived here, George has gone above and beyond for us multiple times. He always shows up prepared, with a smile, a good story, and a friendly demeanor. Just today, George showed up early to come to our rescue when our heat crashed overnight during below freezing temperatures. Then when it crashed again just a little later, George and Devin came back to address the problem and stayed to make sure we actually had a solution. They were able to have it fixed today when we had been told it may be out until tomorrow. We can't say enough how much we appreciate George AND Devin!!!!!

Follow-up Reveiw. More to avoid! So here we are just two days after my horrible yet honest review. of Renew Belcamp on (01/29/26). Today there are some additions that need to be brought to peoples attention. #1. No one is to put chairs or objects in shoveled parking spacing. I understand that residents worked hard to get their cars free, but rules are supposed to be rules. Residents were threatened with fines if they tried to save their spot but there are chairs everywhere throughout the parking lot spots. Are there fines? Who knows but its doubtful considering the blocked parking spots all over the property which remain there daily. #2 is the garbage issue. We are now on day number 8 without valet service which we pay $35 a month for. Will we receive any type of credit to our accou
