ReNew at Cornell

ReNew @ Cornell has been my home for 10 years and I have decided to leave a review in order to thank the management as opposed to disparaging them as a small percentage of renters are apt to do after a bad experience. Compared to other complexes in the Bethany Cedar Mill area ReNew succeeds at providing friendly service, quick repairs, thoughtful assistance and comfortable and quiet apartments. They have made many cosmetic improvements to the property, new pool deck furniture and resurfaced pool interior, even a new BBQ area with seating and canopy. Thankfully they took that ridiculous “Amazon Hub” away, which was very difficult for me due to disability. I’ve lived at this property for a couple of years now and I’ve had a really positive experience! The property is beautiful, well maintained, and I truly feel very safe living here. I’ve never had a complaint since moving in. The pricing is also very reasonable for how nice the apartments are and the overall quality of the community. The office staff has been great to work with especially Alissa. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, she’s been responsive, professional, and kind. It makes a big difference knowing the staff is approachable and genuinely cares. Since the new management took over, I’ve noticed a lot of positive changes. I have never lived in an apartment before and this place surpassed my expectations. I told my friends it feels like I'm staying at a resort with the pool, a hot tub and a gym and lots of trees and grass. The staff is friendly and helpful. The space is perfect for my grandson and myself with lots of storage and a washer and dryer. It's right near his high school, which is great! I couldn't be happier with this place

So after almost two years, I can say that in my personal experience living here has been pleasant. For being the large complex that it is, it's actually pretty quiet and the units are pretty spacious. The neighbors have been helpful, especially when it came to working the bbq over the summer. I also can't think of one incident where I didn't get a need met. The Amenities, Maintenance and Staff have been pretty reliable. Staff even remember the little things, for example I mentioned I like collecting something, and they had that thing available for me the next time they saw me. Always nice to be remembered and to have genuine folks running the place. Really loving our comfy unity! Definitely come check it out!
