Renasant Bank

Love our former The First bank bunch, top knotch. They need a raise. However with Renasant, very poor transition. App is awful most of the time usually just won't function. Was locked out of all accounts for days while 2300 miles away from home. So far no reply from an email asking for help. When I called the main number I got no help at all. They said there could be glitches. They rejected my mobile deposit saying I need to change it to Renaissance from the First even though I was told I could keep using my former everything. They told me what it needed to say on the stamp. Even though they wanted to charge $118 for it they said there wasn't room to put on it what they require! So I went online and ordered one for $12 I hate changing Banks but this has to get better fast. There's just too

Had an issue needing a check reissued and Garret at the Fairhope Branch was very kind and helpful.

Will not deal with non customers. But hey it's a bank.

Every employee I have dealt with has been very personable and helpful with me and my situation. I just wish there was a better parking situation for this branch.
