This situation is beyond unacceptable and disheartening, it’s dangerous and negligent. Despite multiple reports to management, the handicap-accessible ramp remains covered in snow and extremely slippery, making it nearly impossible and unsafe for anyone using a wheelchair. I have witnessed a mother pushing her son in his wheelchair almost fall into the snow because the ramp had not been cleared. Watching that happen was heartbreaking and infuriating. No parent should have to risk injury just to help their child safely enter or leave their own home. This isn’t just poor property management, it is a serious safety failure. Accessible ramps are required to be maintained and safely passable under ADA guidelines, and ignoring this responsibility puts not only residents with disabilities in dir

So there are two/three issues you have to consider when moving here 1 - The noise... they didn't build the complex correctly back in 2017 and you can hear your neighbor sleep, talk, run, their TV everything...don't live under someone with a dog or kids. 2 - There are lizards everywhere they get into your apartment and you now have a unintended pet The problem is that they know about the lizards, not doing anything. They know about the noise and when you make a complaint against your neighbor. The noise doesn't stop you just have tension among neighbors. Not on top of the quality of life issues here. Oh Yeah.... the heat/AC units are always down, broken, being repaired. Mgmt Doesn't seem to care, bare minimum!

Excellent community. Nice community and staff is very helpful. Grounds are kept very clean - to the point of immaculate. Good parking. Main building/office has computer access and other amenities. Beautiful atmosphere

I have been living here for 4 years, maintaining always take there time fixing things. You have to call the office 4 times or more to get the job done. If you have kids this is not the apartment complex for you. Nothing for the kids to do, so we always buy our own toys and pools for the kids and now all of a sudden we are no longer allowed to do that because everything is a liability. So becareful when you're looking to move into here.

This place is GORGEOUS!!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great neighbors too!!! If you're disabled, this place is for you!!! I use a wheelchair and my 1 bedroom apartment is completely built for a person who needs a wheelchair!!! Especially the bathroom !!! I couldn't be more happy !!!
