I’ve lived at this apartment complex for about three years and overall I’ve had a great experience. The community is generally calm and well maintained. Since Nelly became the new manager, communication and responsiveness have improved a lot. She is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about residents’ concerns. I appreciate the effort she puts into making this a comfortable place to live.

This is a lovely place to live. Your neighbors care and take notice. I especially love the mid century architecture. Plus it’s located close to shops, the park, trinity trail and the mall.

Nelly and Lilia are great. They’ve helped me get a place and have good service. Pest control is prompt and comes with affordable rent. Keep up the good work on helping others find a home!

I literally just moved in on 7/18/2025. I wasn’t told we couldn’t reverse park. Apparently it was in the paperwork I signed; but I signed over 20 papers and definitely didn’t get a chance to read all of them. You would think that would be told verbally so people would be warned. I was hung up on when I called when I told them that I wasn’t told that and had to call back 3 times before I could get any information. I thought they were nice and helpful; but they’re slum lords. Hopefully we don’t have any more issues moving forward but this is just devastating and heartbreaking and the fact that they weren’t helpful not understanding about not being told verbally and not being able to read through all 50 pages of the lease and addendum’s is just beyond unethical and immoral.
