It's not a bad place to live, I have lived here for a month and $955 isn't a bad price for this market. The Neighborhood is a little rough if you are not street smart. My studio apartment has adequate space to accommodate me and a lot of my toys.

It’s not cool or safe they let anyone live in them to point ones high or drunk not only mess themselves up but you too and things you own. Everything brand new but all cheap everything that’s breaks instantly contractor people did sloppy job. Save on water not real hot or cold every faucet sprays little out including while bathing. Lock door but tenants will open door for anyone which could be your killer, abuser, kidnapper, robber. Very bad parking and little parking they have they make you first have register or can’t park get tow not enough parking for tenants and windows of cars get busted, air brush, broken into, hit and damage. Lived here four years. No exercise room. People that don't live here coming and going. Sleeping in the garbage room. No quiet time or no dog zone as stated in the lease. No security.

I’m sitting in the WRONG APARTMENT because someone in leasing DID NOT RECORD the number of the apartment I agreed to rent. They do not return messages here at Renaissance Commons, so I fail to see the point in leaving more. I’m 72, disabled after a full life and 40 years of work. Then I was told that the apartment DOES NOT EXIST! I sure don’t appreciate it when people lie to me to cover a mistake. Everyone makes mistakes. They just need to work with me and correct it. That’s all I ask before I go legal.

Signed up after receiving a flyer saying they had opening and were priced depending on the income I did all necessary paperwork to get in including paying the fees. Only to get the place and be charged 2x the amount stated. Worse is that refused to tell me the full amount until I moved in. Total scam
