Renaissance at Steele Apartments

This was my first ever apartment complex I moved to at 19. They were some okay apartments I just had problems with a leak during the winter snow & rain that would basically have my whole apartment leaking water, not sure if it was from next door. Had to call code enforcement just to get something done about it. Not really a good first apartment experience with the leakage situation.

😊I had lived at Renaissance Apartments three years ago. At the time I was over there. I enjoyed being a tenant there and the management was superb. If had a chance to live there again I would. 👌🏾😇

Had a dear friend who passed away. Wonder what happened to the documents she kept for me in her apartment?

The Lady inside the office were very rude and snappy. She said before I even got to the door. Turn around we full. But the residents and maintains said yes they had empty apartments. She need to be replace with a kind hearted person. She doesn't know my situation. She could have listen and let me speak. I could have been rude but I'm not like that

My experience with the manager at these apartments these apartments she only gives people an hour and one day out of the week to apply for Residence.... They open on a Thursday At 10 AM and she closes the doors at 11am... I wonder if her corporate office knows and is this fair...
