The grounds and the staff are extremely nice and they are relatively quick on maintenance issues. My main complaint is the severe homeless issue our car was broken into multiple times while we lived there and the homeless are constantly in the dumpsters the security they use Code 3 just parks their vehicles around to try and deter people but it does nothing I would suggest gating the community

We've called this place home for going on 3 years now. The complex has definitely gone through its ups & downs, but overall is doing the best job it can. It's in a prime location and at a price point that's still relatively aggressive compared to alternative options, especially because they're pet friendly! Through changes in management, the communication has gotten much better as of late. There's becoming more a sense of 'community' than there used to be. As with every apartment complex, there's various issues that won't go away: certain tenants the police like to visit, busy hours at communal laundry rooms, lack of parking... but overall, we're happy with our experience here. The review is lengthy but as someone who is currently waiting out their lease here, I have to be honest so I can save someone the headache and they know what they’re getting into moving here. The good: maintenance is awesome. Very timely and friendly. Management has been polite whenever I’ve had to interact with them. Location is convenient being so close to 41. Grounds are also well maintained(with certain exceptions for the dumpster areas but I’ll get to that). Management also organizes holiday activities for the community which I think is nice especially for those with kids. They’re also large dog friendly which is rare! I Have lived here for over 5 years and love their current staff, maintenance is worked on in a reasonable and efficient manner, the amenities are very practical and useful. The community within the apartments is peaceful.

I lived at the renaissance apartments for 10 years and recently moved out because I relocated for work to a different part of the state. I never had issues with any pests, or any mold, or any security concerns. My apartment was a 2 bedroom 2 bath, it was spacious, which is something I miss now that I am in a much smaller place. The highlight of my experience at the renaissance is the staff, Darian and Mariah, from the leasing office and the maintenance team, they are MVPS. Thanks to Darian and Mariah's outstanding customer service, kindness, patience, and hard work, I will be recommending anyone looking for an apartment in Fresno to the Renaissance Apartment homes.
