Remington Apartments

Went by here 2 weeks ago, one was being cleaned out and took a look inside..lol..LUXURY? Really? Laminate counters, stained smelling carpet that the cleaners said wouldn't be replaced, parking that makes one wonder exactly how many people are staying in each unit? And nighttime, I went back by and finding a parking spot was nearly impossible and lots of dogs barking at 10pm. Oh, love the forced recent 5 star reviews, especially from new accounts...lol.

Remmington Appartments are a great place to live. The other residents make the Remington a great little community to live in. Smokey, Caitlyn, Mario and Steven do an amazing job managing and keeping the Remmington community looking great. Smoky and Caitlyn are very kind, knowledgeable and willing to help no matter what the need is anytime. Mario and Steven do an excellent job with any and all maintenance needs that come up and get the project done quickly. I would highly recommend the Remmington apartments.

The Remington Apartments are nicely situated. Close to shopping and restaurants. It's quiet. Any problem you have gets addressed immediately. The staff (maintenance, management) are really nice and easy to talk with. Great place to live.

Caitlyn and Stormy were amazing to work with between quoting, answering questions, and facilitating the whole move-in process. The apartment is clean and elevated and im super happy with where I'm at!

The apartments are great, some of the residents not so much, and the lack of enforcement makes it that much worse. Regularly I cant open the windows in the summer because someone under me wanted to smoke on their porch. Parking is an absolute mess with people illegally parking all the time and residents frequently having to park an entire building away if you get home later than 6pm, we also get massive coalrollers blowing through the parking lot at 2am, seemingly doing all they can to make more noise. The only response to these that ive seen is reminders and pleas in the monthly newsletter. Save for these elements? Fantastic place, albeit pricey
