RE/MAX Unlimited at Nocatee

I purchased on November 25 and the home seller used remax as the real estate broker ! The settlement agent they use is a “concierge” service, let me tell you far from it, it’s been a night mare to deal with The Law Office of Samatha Joseph! She is not readily available on google besides her website which phone they do not answer. From November till now January 15th soon as closing happened she has not returned 1 phone call, she has not responded to any emails, I had an issue on where my funds were applied, after calling remax, and lender finally got het on the phone January 15, she’s is extremely rude, she will not let you speak, and quote on quote she is not required to call the clients and which she does not!!
