I have been living in a property managed by Dennis & Dennis for several months now. They are attentive to my needs, professional in every engagement, responsive to any concerns I have, as well as quickly resolving them. Living under this management is a pleasure. We have had a horrible experience renting a home from this company. The residence we live in has been having structural and internal issues since we moved in and we always have issue getting in contact with the landlord. It takes them and the home owners forever to fix the problem, and the lease we have only covers their butts and not have anything in there to protect or help the tenants. Won't be renting from them again. Beware before signing a contract.

Re/max Homeowner's has been great to us. They use an online portal--any work order request I have submitted has been answered and I have received numerous phone calls to confirm appointments for repairs. At the 6 month mark, they do send someone by to take pictures of the house and to check up on the property. I was advised to document any wear and tear/damages in the house on the online portal when I see it so that it can either be repaired or just simply documented just in case. They have always been super helpful and polite and I've experienced nothing but follow through on their end.

Very attentive during my rent period (10 months); was able to fix issues quickly. However, they require a physical check in hand each month (No website to pay, venmo, ect). Secondly I received my security deposit back with over half the total amount missing. When we did the walkthrough I was told that all the place needed was a cleaning from a professional, no more than a couple hundred.
