Matt helped us buy our house and I promised when I was ready he was going to sell it for me haha and sure enough 10 years later he did that exact thing for me and then some. He makes the stress of selling and buying a home such an easy process and ended up becoming a great friend in the years between. I hated to leave the state but he knows now he always has a place in the Gulf to visit in Florida! If you want someone to sell your home Matt is the guy!

I don't like giving bad reviews but in this case I will hopefully it will save someone the trouble I had.I recently purchased a property using Jamie McMaster for my agent. Four days after settlement I received a text from her saying I owe a couple of thousand dollars over what she told me to wire for settlement. After reviewing the settlement document she emailed me prior to settlement and reading the one I signed at settlement I realized they switched settlement sheets. I am very disappointed with the agent and the title company because they didn't tell me the settlement sheet was different. ( I was naive) Should never trust someone
