From the very beginning, Lonnie impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge of the market. He took the time to understand my property's unique features and its value proposition. If I could, I would give lonnie 10 stars. He was recommended to me by a family member. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor for me and wife. Lonnie is an excellent business person and well experienced. We had great communications back and forth through the buying process. He looks out for his clients! He had many recommendations and those recommendations in the end saved us money. If I am buying or selling a home in his area, he is the number one realtor I would go to. Plus he has a great personality!! We sincerely enjoyed all our conversations with lonnie. He made the experience enjoyable. He's an honest person. P.S. i read all lonnie's reviews. I'm a seasoned real estate buyer/seller and I do not recommend representation from Lonnie Ness. I worked with Lonnie to represent me on a property that he said was sold and I requested that he cancel our representation agreement. He has refused to do so. That should be all you need to know. Recent response from Lonnie suggests that rep agreements can't be broken, this is not the case. He also suggest that Legal counsel stated that this is not the format to get out of a rep agreement. We never consulted legal counsel, this is an attempt to make it look like we did. No hard feelings, just be careful.

Lonnie Ness was great to work with, very knowledgable, extremely friendly and works hard to get the job done. I knew from our initial conversations that he was the realtor that I wanted for my wife and I. Lonnie along with Anna Magaard are fantastic at what they do and I will always recommend them for all your real estate needs! If you need a fantastic realtor look no further, you will be glad that you did.

If I could give more stars I would. Lonnie and Anna are truly a pleasure to work with. Bought and sold using them and if/when in the future I buy/sell again I will be calling them. Their professionalism, expertise and knowledge is unmatched. They know homes and know the real estate business inside-out. On top of all this, they genuinely care about their clients.
