DO NOT WORK WITH KIM STURGIS. She was the buyers agent of our cabin that we sold and she was absolutely so difficult to work with. Her buyers did not close at the title company so they had their paperwork overnighted. As we were waiting to receive word that we are all closed and receive our funds (which who knows if the funds are even cleared) she had given her clients the keys for them to go inside OUR cabin and move things in before the deal had been completed. She gave her clients the lockbox code to enter which is highly illegal as they are trespassing on our property (she will claim they stole the keys). This team is VERY knowledgeable regarding Sugar Springs rules and regulations for camping and building. They know the land and location like the back of their hand. Ask for a tour. This team does an excellent job of explaining and showing the amenities. I definitely will use them in the future and refer my family and friends to them.
