First of all, I just want to say this is probably going to be the easiest home purchase I'm probably ever going to make. Robbi Florence wasn't my first realtor, but she absolutely spoiled me rotten. I had been searching for a home since 2020, and the homes I could afford were being gobbled up by the cash crowd. Eventually one popped up and I shot the listing over to Robbi, she scheduled a showing within two hours, and we were putting in an offer within four.
