HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My Fiancé and I purchased a home recently and the sellers agent was James Stachelek from Re/Max Reliance. He provided us with two misleading sellers disclosures, cursed at us, threatened to keep our down deposit, sell the home to someone else and asked us to commit fraud at settlement. He completely ruined our first time home buying experience and should not be a realtor. I called his broker who confirmed he has been reported multiple times before and was not surprised. It’s unprofessional of Re/Max to allow this behavior to continue to happen. We highly recommend anyone uses another realtor company when buying or selling your home.
