I had to deal with INCORRECT PROPERTY INFORMATION due to which my mortgage got delayed, then comes a deal breaker - 2 MONTH DELAY IN MOVE-IN BEFORE CLOSING, which i was told about it about 3 days before closing. Repair work not being done before closing. She also released sellers amount from ESCROW without MY CONSENT. I dealt with it all. Whats the point of having a realtor, when you are being asked to deal with all this. Finally when my hot water heat broke and had to be replaced, all she said was sorry for my misfortune.
