Steve Casey was wonderful! We had to put out house up for sale and move it a s quickly as possible. Steve was timely, calm and responsive to all we needed. He never lost sight of the end game and helped us get the sale done!

Steve was fantastic to work with when selling our family home. He knows the area well and we were able to sell quickly at the price we were very happy with. Steve always responded quickly, marketed the home very well, kept us updated at all times, and really stepped in to help us as we were not in the area. He made a very stressful time a lot less so. I would highly recommend Steve and would absolutely list with him again.

I wasn't selling my home but needed a professional assessment of my home's value for estate tax reporting. When I called him and explained my situation Steve was happy to help and offered an in-home appointment the next day. Steve was very prompt and pleasant and provided the written estimate a day or two after the appointment. I was impressed with Steve's willingness to provide this estimate even though I am not selling. Because of his professionalism I will definitely recommend Steve to anyone planning on selling their home.

Steve worked very hard to help us sell our house. Things started off slowly but he persisted by having numerous showings. Steve was very responsive, answering emails and texts very quickly and always picking up our calls. He was particularly helpful as our closing approached. We do not live nearby, therefore, it was a big help that Steve stepped up to take care of some of the details (finding contractors, the fire alarm inspection, water meter reading etc.) that would have been hard for us to accomplish. And finally I believe that he gave us important advice during the process of negotiating a final deal, his extensive experience showed.

Meeting Steve Casey was one of the best thing that happened to my mother and I. We were on time crunch to find a new home, Steve showed us many home until we were able to find the right one. Steve was very responsive every time we called with a question. He was very efficient on getting everyone to sign required documents and getting the needed information.
