Mark was extremely helpful in our home buying process. He was honest, diligent and always made himself available with little notice whenever a home came on the market that we were interested in. If it wasn't for that, my fiance and I would probably not have had our offer accepted for our new place amidst all of the offers that followed. Mark is a great realtor to work with and his knowledge of our town and the surrounding towns is extensive. He showed us all the comps in our town and surrounding area and priced our house higher then expected. Mark did a lot of work prior to the listing and on the first day of the listing we had quite a few appointments. We ended up selling our house the very first day it was listed and sold it for more then the listed price. Mark was there for us every step of the way, he made selling our home a lot less stressful then expected. If we had to do it all over again I would choose Mark again and again he’s a great realtor and really knows his stuff.
