What should have been one of our happiest moments became one of our worst experiences with Gregg Powers. I hope no one else encounters this with him. Perhaps this review will encourage him to improve his client treatment or prompt others to avoid this Realtor, as many prioritize their clients' best interests. I wish our first realtor, Paul Saperstein, had provided us with comps as first-time sellers. We were overpriced and sat on the market for 6 months. Getting caught up in our neighbor's house price led us to overprice with Regla Rosario, whom I loved working with. We should have taken her advice, but it was hard to accept.
