My experience with Tammy Lord was nothing but wonderful. She was knowledgeable, experienced, and most importantly, she was there for me at any time any day. Tammy always responded in a timely manner and helped me find my dream starter home! She was patient through my busy schedule and hectic hours (as I am a night shifter). Not only was Tammy professional but she made me feel like she was a true friend with how much passion she showed me to find the perfect home. Scott Myers was terrible. Our family put in a good offer on a beautiful home that he listed. He lied and said he had another offer, and that they should offer asking price, so they added an escalation clause. He was caught in the lie, yelled at the buyers agent and broker, then completely ignored the offer, and wouldn't respond. No counter offer. Lazy. He also didn't disclose that the sellers wanted them to inherit their assessment. Then he raised the listing price on the home and accepted a different offer the next day. Very, very unprofessional and I would not recommend this agency to anyone if he represents it.

We used Debbie Horkey as our sales Representative to sell our home in Fenton while we moved to Florida. I was nervous about leaving before the paperwork was signed. However Debbie told me there would be no issues at all and she was right! The closing went very smoothly and it removed all the stress from such a huge transaction in my life. She is the greatest!

I listed a distressed property with Scott Shaker of ReMax Grande, with little expectations of selling it. Our communications were close to zero, but I didn't really get upset until a confirmed showing after which the back door of the house was left open and the furnace cranked up to 80 degrees. Nothing was missing from the home, the copper pipes were intact, so it wasn't thieves who did it--it could only be the agent and his/her client. Mistakes happen, but I got no responses to my inquiries as to who the agent was who showed it. Worse, my next door neighbor called to report the back door open and got no response either, even though the Scott Shaker supposedly lives in the same neighborhood and we are all supposed to look out for each other. Very disappointed.
