Bobbie is extremely unprofessional. My Fiancé & I have been viewing a property I absolutely fell in love with & I had scheduled an appointment for 1pm on a Saturday and confirmed with him twice 3days prior to the appointment, the morning of I texted him again because I never received the address. I had even taken off work. he told me I never confirmed my appointment…. He made the excuse that I never said yes or no to confirm so he never scheduled it on his end. I sent him a screenshot of the text I sent him confirming I said “Yes” and asked for the address 3 days prior to the appointment. I can’t imagine the communication issues that would have happened had I been able to sign the lease. I dodged a bullet on this one !

Made an appointment with him and drove through pouring rain to get there. When I called to say I would be 10 min late, he told me he had just closed on the property. I gave 3 stars because I am not trying to ruin this person, I just think others should know you might get the same treatment.

Don’t Rent from them the company they had a party for tenants but stuff in my home is still broken. Makes no sense because I know they spent money for the party
