Unbelievably bad customer service. I haven't seen this level of bad service in a very long time. There are many other real estate services out there. Use them. I asked them to think slightly outside of the box to make something happen and got treated like I was absolutely crazy for suggesting it, and I literally had to ask them to just listen for 30 seconds because they kept talking over me and not letting me finish my sentence.

Over 40 years ago, Gary found my first home for me. Gary went beyond just finding my home, he arranged for me to get financing and helped me with warranty matters long after the closing. A year later, Gary found my first rental house for me. For the next 40 years Gary has helped me purchase numerous rental houses and eventually listed several of my rental homes for sale. Each experience has been handled professionally, competently, and with the down-to-earth personality which makes working with Gary and his team nothing by awesome. Having worked with Gary and his team for several decades, they are simply the best real estate team in Pueblo.
