I called the office for information about prices of lots and was connected with realtor Karen Sullivan. She was friendly and very knowledgeable of the area and researched the information that I needed. I appreciated her time and never felt rushed. Recommend.

terrible. I was trying to reach an agent for over a week, so I called the office and the man who answered the phone was so rude, didnt want to help, and when I asked you cant get my number and message ? he said they dont want me to do that, and im just doing my job. How is he an agent helper? wouldnt not recomment, do not list your house with them.

At closing, we were asked to pay $400 additional to buyer for what was a unnecessary item...not included in contract. We wanted to get done...getting late, tired...caught in unexpected situation. We paid! No one ever told us beforehand to expect this late night surprise.
