Denise was the selling agent for a house I bought. Do yourself a favor and avoid working with her and this branch at all costs. Denise was incredibly unprofessional, and harassed my wife to the point where she was scared to be in the house we had just bought. After we closed on the house, she came running out of the office shouting ‘you owe us $400!’. Really ruined the whole house buying experience for my wife and I. Spoke to her superior Carl and he was just as unprofessional and would not take any responsibility for her actions. We had a great experience with Allie Aaron and I would absolutely recommend anyone to go with her rather than use this band of crooks.

My agent, Denise, did a terrific job helping me find the perfect property, getting the best deal for me and generally holding my hand throughout the process. Everyone in the office was friendly and accommodating. Since I had flown in from far away for my property search, I basically had to use the office as my "home base". Denise and the staff also helped me after the sale while I got to know the town and waited for my furniture to arrive. Highly recommended!

Linda larrivee of RE/MAX Northern Edge Realty of Lancaster, NH is one of the most incompetent real estate agents I have had the displeasure to deal with. I called on a property and left a message for a showing and inquired about a disclosure sheet. Her voicemail message said to also text which I did. In the text I left my name number and reason for calling and a email adress. she calls back and we set up a time. I asked if she could send the disclosure and gave her my email and spelled it out to her. the day goes on and no disclosure. day two comes along...still no disclosure. I had to cancel the showing date, so I called to let her know that and mentioned that I still hadn't recieved the disclosure and her pathetic response was "oh I was busy and up until ten last night" I politley let

Our realtor was Wayne and he was wonderful. We actually found him because he was the listing agent on the home we wanted to buy. At first we were very nervous to let the sellers agent also represent us, but Wayne was very honest and helpful. He helped both parties through the entire process and we did not feel that we were missing out by not getting our own real estate agent. When things came up during inspection, Wayne worked with us to make sure things got fixed, and he was always very responsive. We bought this house in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and he made sure to always be on top of things and have up to date information on what was going on. He was great

Denise helped us purchase our little piece of heaven. She understood our budget, needs and wants, then negotiated our best deal. Denise is a conscientious realtor worth working with.
