Karina was very optimistic and supportive in helping motivate me in our move and to sell our house. I had a tremendous amount of stuff to go through in the garage and house, that we had lived in for 23 years. I also had to pack by myself. I finished everything and was out of the house in 2 months. She was very encouraging. Karina made the selling process very easy to complete, which was harder because we moved to Tennessee before the process was complete. She kept me up to date on any changes and complications to the closing process. We even had to find a second buyer, because the first people terminated on the last possible day, and we didn't want to loose the new house that we had found in Knoxville. I've known Mark Dobrovolny for a few decades now, and he's my first call anytime I'm doing anything real estate related. Mark has seen it all, knows everyone, and has never lead me astray.
