This is our third time using Lind B. from this office. Our first home purchase about 10 years ago, the sale of that home in 2018 and the purchase of our second home in 2019. I originally heard of Linda from a family member who has also worked along Linda to purchase two homes and was completely satisfied. Linda was able to answer all of our questions and if there was one she was unsure of she would get an answer to us quickly. The first time buying a house felt scary. We were so unsure of the process and didn't know where to start. Bought from 2 guys who were represented by Mr. Brown. He showed up over 30 minutes late the day of our close. Forgot several documents that are required to be in place before the house could be officially closed. We have had problems with the house since the buying it, and he is not returning phone calls form our real estate agent. I could not think of a more unprofessional way to conduct yourself.
