If you are looking for a real estate agent, I highly recommend Whitney Willey. I did not know Whitney, but I requested a showing on a house off of Zillow online. She called me within two hours and set up an appointment to show the house. We looked at many other properties and every time I would call to request a showing she would always be there Within a few hours rather than the next day. She is very professional, very knowledgeable and even brought an excavator to look at property so we would have an idea how much the excavation would be if we purchased. I have never had an agent to do that. If you do not have a real estate agent please call Whitney. She is very good and loves her job.
