I contacted Torrey from out of State to conduct an inspection at a property we were interested in purchasing in Montana. Torrey sent a pre-inspection agreement promptly to book the time. He was professional in every sense, showed up on time to meet us at the property, did a very thorough inspection, and provided a detailed inspection report in just a few days, with very clear photographs of each area or item of concern. His walk through after the inspection was also very clear, concise and he had some excellent recommendations for us. I would utilize Torrey's services without hesitation in the future.
